WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Once your order is placed, it is forwarded to our production and logistics partner.
• Processing time: 1–3 business days
• Quality inspection & repacking: 1 day
• Delivery time: 6–10 business days (location-dependent)
You will auto matically receive a tracking number once your package is handed over to the carrier.
Can I return an item?
Yes, returns are possible under the following conditions:
Damaged / Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will offer a free replacement or refund.Photo or video evidence must be provided within 14 days of delivery.No return is required for damaged or faulty goods.
Unwanted Items / Change of MindIf the item is in good condition but you wish to return it:
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days
• The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
